Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, harass, or impersonate other users.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in leagues or standings.

Entertainment only — no wagering

PrimeTimePix is a free game for entertainment among friends. It is not a gambling or wagering service, and we do not accept, hold, or pay out money for picks or standings.

Leagues & picks

Picks lock at each game's kickoff and are graded based on official results as they become available. Once a season has started, new members may not be able to join existing leagues. We may adjust standings to correct errors in scoring or data.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Team names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe harm the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
